Maybe it's because I'm an apprentice carpenter and all, but when I hear lyrics like "so we put our hands up like the ceiling can't hold us" I feel like hitting the singer over the head with a 2x4. Either this guys lives in an alternate reality or he is dancing on a suspended floor, which is the only way that you'd be worried about the ceiling falling on your head because you're dancing on the floor. Unless they have very backwards building codes of course.
"I feel so close to you right now it's like a force field?" Maybe I misheard that one but that is the worst analogy I think I've ever heard. Force fields are generally designed to keep things away, aren't they?
Oh there must be many more... I will keep boring myself out of my mind listening to horrible lyrics and thinking of the sorry state of humanity.
